Friday Evening Service
Prelude: Ariah Piper played “Third Movement Weber Bassoon Concerto in F Major” on the bassoon. Then a Worthington family quartet sang “I Have a Father Who Can.”
Featured Testimonies: Rob Moen (pictured above) said that God saved him at a youth camp, and he has been able to prove Him down through the years. Rebecca Luka said that high school has been challenging, but she is thankful that God saved her last week, and she knows He will be with her. Azaria Charles said she is thankful for how salvation has carried her through all the circumstances in life, and that God has been there to guide each step of the way. Kenny Cripps testified that God saved him thirty-six years ago, and he is thankful for the simplicity and purity of the Gospel, and the peace that he has in his heart. Hunter Cripps said that he recently had a car accident and totaled his car, but he is thankful for how God protected him from being seriously injured.
First Special: The choir sang “Battlefield Medley.”
Last Special: Julianne Luka sang “For Those Tears I Died.”
Sermon: Ryan Erdman read Matthew 19:27-30 for his text, bringing out that the benefits and rewards of the Gospel will last throughout eternity.
