Friday Evening Service

Prelude: Annika Ewers played a classical number as a violin solo. Victoria, Mikayla and Emmaline Worthington followed, singing “You Are God Alone” and “How Great Is Our God”

Musical History Report and First Special: Russell Mathews played “Savior, Like a Shepard Lead Us” on the vibraphone. Jim Ott (pictured above) gave a brief history of the vibraphone, and mentioned various people who played this instrument in our church over the years. Russell then played “V-I-C-T-O-R-Y” and the congregation joined for the chorus.

Featured Testimonies: Jim Ott gave thanks for his heritage in the Gospel, and for his privilege to serve the Lord at the church office.

Last Special: Moriah Copko sang “Sometimes it Takes a Mountain.”

Sermon: Dwight Baltzell preached from Psalms 107:8-9 about the goodness of God, sharing some details about his recent trip to Africa including a personal healing touch he received.
