Sunday Evening Service

Prelude: The combined adult/youth orchestra played “Open Our Eyes, Lord” and “Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So.” The choir then sang “A Glorious Church,” accompanied by the brass.

Featured Testimonies: Alicia Parker told how the Lord saved her at a children’s church service at camp meeting when she was five. Hazel Wilson shared that she was twelve when the Lord saved her, and although that was a long time ago, Jesus is still with her. Rob Moen (pictured above) was saved in 1991 at youth camp, and sanctified in 2010, and he gave thanks that this camp meeting, when he needed a fresh touch from God, the Lord came down and met him, saying, “We’re still good.”

First Special: Kristin and Savannah Lee and Alicia Parker sang “Somebody Touched the Lord.”

Last Special: Arthur Ruiz sang “It Was for You.”

Sermon: John Musgrave preached from 1 Thessalonians 5:1-2 saying not to be concerned about the hour of Jesus' return, but instead to be ready for it at any time.
