Sunday Evening Service

Prelude: The Serenaders played “Go Tell It on the Mountain,” “Ring the Bells of Heaven,” and “Joy to the World.” A Brenner ladies' group then sang “It’s About the Cross.”

Featured Testimonies: Rosie Lambert shared how the doctors thought she would have no brain function when she was born but the Lord healed her, and she was often first to learn things before her twin sister. Dixie Bowlsby gave thanks for God’s healing touch as well, saying that when she recently had surgery for lung cancer, the disease had not spread to any other areas. Joel Andersen stated that he recently determined to spend focused time in prayer daily and he has been blessed by this.

First Special: The choir sang “Joy Medley.”    

Last Special: Rosie Lambert (pictured above) sang “He Grew the Tree.”

Sermon: David Lambert used Luke 1:37 for his text, encouraging his listeners that God can do the impossible; if they will just trust and obey Him, He will undertake in whatever situation they may face.
