Testimony: Imelda Nedelcu said that she has been blessed with a Christian husband and five children, and she is thankful for God’s protection when her family experienced a house fire a couple of years ago. She said that through that experience, God has taught her to trust Him more and not to fear.

Scripture Reading: Dave Lambert read Luke 9:28-36.
Special: The trio sang “The Power of Your Love.”
Sermon: Byron Parker (pictured above), the pastor in Woodlake, California, read Mark 14:1-9 for his text. He brought out that the Word of God lists a number of memorials, including: the rainbow (a promise to Noah); the Lord’s Supper (a commemoration of Jesus’ death on the Cross); and the woman in the text who anointed Jesus’ feet (a memorial to her and the good work that she did). Brother Byron encouraged listeners to appreciate the memorials and follow the godly examples given in the Word of God.
Last Special: Deborah Brenner sang “Come Just As You Are.”
