Sunday Morning Service

Prelude: The orchestra played “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus” and “Worship Our God and King.” The choir, accompanied by the brass, sang “Praise to the Lord.”

First Special: A mixed quartet (pictured above) sang “Something Worth Living For.”

Scripture Reading: Steve Mixer read Judges 13:1-8.

Last Special: Chris Luka sang “Sheltered in the Arms of God.”

Sermon: Darrel Lee took his text from Judges 16:28 and mentioned several lessons that can be learned from Samson’s failures which included: it is best to be guided by purity rather than driven by carnality, to obey one’s parents, and be consistent in one’s Christian walk.
