Sunday Morning Service
Prelude: Violinist Jane Ewers played “O Holy Night” and “Thou Didst Leave Thy Throne,” accompanied by Janice Calhoun on the piano. Then the choir sang “Great, Great Joy!”
First Special: A ladies’ quartet (pictured above) sang “Nothing But the Blood.”
Scripture Reading: Bob Downey read Luke 15:1-10.
Last Special: Peter Moberg sang “When Love Was Born.”
Sermon: Trent Paulsen took his opening text from Luke 19:10, saying people seek more diligently for something they have lost if the object is valuable to them. He brought out that Jesus seeks diligently for each individual because He loves and wants to save each one.
