Tuesday Evening Service

Prelude: Russell Mathews played “Beulah Land” and “Shout to the Lord” on the vibraphone.

Featured Testimonies: Sylvia Phillips praised God for being her stability throughout the many years since God saved her. Julianne Luka was saved three years ago and is thankful God has kept her since that time. Troy Ross gave thanks for the blessing he received at the West Coast Youth Challenge where God made it plain to him the Gospel is real and works in every part of life. Ethel Hodson recalled how kind and loving the family of God was to her and her family when they moved to Portland many years ago, and how she is still blessed through their Christian love. Maya Nedelcu told how God saved her in a youth camp service several years ago, and also showed her she didn’t need to be at a special church event to receive an experience from Him.

First Special: The choir sang “Springs of Living Water.”

Last Special: Butch Carey sang “He Walked that Lonesome Road.”

Sermon: Clark Wolfe preached from Hebrews 11:1, saying believers must lay aside every weight that might hinder their faith, and that being fully consecrated to God will bring His blessings.
