Tuesday Evening Service
Prelude: Marcus Luka played “When the Roll Is Called up Yonder” on the trombone.
Featured Testimonies: Matt Hansen testified that his greatest victory is the peace and contentment that God has placed in his heart since being saved. Marcus Luka thanked the Lord for being able to be at church, for helping him through school, and for His care for him. Julianne Luka praised the Lord for building her faith by answering prayer in providing scholarships for her schooling as well as a new job. Riley Marincus (pictured above), who recently moved to Portland, thanked the Lord for salvation and for being sanctified this last camp meeting.
First Special: The choir sang “Isn’t the Love of Jesus Something Wonderful?”
Last Special: Deborah Brenner sang “In the Calm.”
Sermon: Beginning with 2 Timothy 4:7-8, Erik Calhoun spoke of the importance of starting the Christian race and also finishing, in order to obtain the prize of Heaven.
