Tuesday Evening Youth Service

Prelude: Annika Ewers and Emmaline Worthington played a violin and oboe duet of “Just a Closer Walk with Thee” and “Do Lord, Remember Me.” Then the choir sang “Our God.”

Featured Testimonies: John Patan testified that God saved him eight years ago, and he thanked the Lord for four wonderful children, especially since the doctors had said he and his wife would not be able to have any. Patrick Lee said he is thankful to have been born in a Christian home, but also that he made his own decision to follow God. Mikayla Worthington told how, after backsliding while in high school, the Lord was faithful to call after her heart and save her at a youth challenge. Elizabeth Buliga testified that when she attended her first youth camp at age fifteen, God spoke to her heart, asking her to serve Him, and she was saved.

First Special: A choir of young ladies sang “I’m on the battlefield.”

Last Special: Angela Lucescu sang “Our Great God.”

Sermon: Ryan Erdmann (pictured above) took his text from Acts 22:6-11, which tells of Paul’s conversion on the road to Damascus, and said that like Paul, every Christian has a testimony of conversion and it is important to share it with others.
