Philippines Work Outgrows the Headquarters

Debbie and I are in the Philippines anticipating the Sunday dedication of the new headquarters church in Bagong Sikat. We arrived on Tuesday, January 17, and were joined the next day by Bill Mckibben, Director of Asia Work, and his wife, Lori, as well as Jim and Cheri White of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Special meetings were held at the Apostolic Faith Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on October 10-16. The week began with two-hour prayer meetings on Monday through Wednesday evenings, asking for God to bless the meetings.

The Minna church dedication took place on Wednesday morning. The photo below is from that event. 

In Abuja, a ministers’ and workers’ meeting was held at the headquarters church on Thursday. Bayo Adeniran, James Olaleye, and I arrived an hour early and had time to tour the building. Long Anticipated, The Sagamu Church is Dedicated

The focus on Monday was the dedication of our church in Sagamu, which is a two-hour drive north of the Anthony Village campground. Once again, I traveled with Bayo Adeniran and James Olaleye. Upon our arrival, a large crowd greeted us, and then two children stepped forward to present a bouquet of roses and issue a formal welcome.
