Hempstead Kids' Day

The Apostolic Faith Church in Hempstead, New York, held its annual Kids’ Day on Labor Day, September 5. The weather forecast had warned of a tropical storm for the eastern end of Long Island, caused by Hurricane Hermine, but God answered prayer and the storm moved in another direction. This paved the way for the much-anticipated activity to take place, which was a thrill to the children and families who were eager to participate.

The Apostolic Faith camp meeting in Century, Florida, was held July 24-31. The Western and Central Africa (WECA) camp meeting began in Faith City, Igbesa (on the outskirts of Lagos, Nigeria), on Sunday, August 7, and concluded this past Sunday, August 28.

Preceding the camp meeting, ministers and workers met for a two-day conference. It was well attended by over 6,300 delegates from fifteen countries.
