Following their visit to our church in Fortaleza, Brazil, Sam and Shade Ajayi traveled to São Paulo to meet with a congregation interested in becoming part of the Apostolic Faith work. Brother Sam sent this report of how their meeting went:

Romanians Rejoicing in the Goodness of God

Debbie and I are in Romania with John Musgrave, Director of Romania Work, and his wife, Rodica, for the dedication of several churches. We arrived Tuesday afternoon in Bucharest and were greeted by Gheorghe Macovei, the Eastern Romania District Superintendent. He and his wife, Crina, became our hosts, giving us a tour of Bucharest, which has a population of about 2 million people.

West Coast Youth Challenge

The 2018 West Coast Youth Challenge was held April 13-15 at a campsite near Sutherlin, Oregon. The weekend theme was “Fight for the Truth!” and the key Scripture was the church motto from Jude 3, “Earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” The weekend was a time for the young people to understand why they must fight for the truth and how to do so effectively.

Bill McKibben, Director of Asia Work, is in South Korea for ten days to visit our churches and fellowship with the saints there. Philippines Summer Camp

March 28 marked the first day of the 2018 summer camp at the Bagong Sikat Apostolic Faith Church in the Philippines. There was a total of 353 registered campers in attendance from various locations. Washington DC Spring Revival

Revival meetings were held at the Apostolic Faith Church in Washington, D.C., on March 22-25. The theme was “Revive Your Church, O Lord,” and the key verse was taken from Habakkuk 3:2, “O Lord, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.”

Leaving Zambia as Camp Meeting Continues

The Lees (Darrel, Randy, and Oscar) departed Zambia this afternoon and are expected to reach their respective homes Friday evening. On Tuesday, they continued to enjoy the Zambia camp meeting, which is scheduled to run through April 15 with morning Bible teachings and evening evangelistic services.

Zambia Concert Moves Many to Pray

Zambia’s annual camp meeting concert took place on Monday evening. After the opening prayer, I extended greetings from the United States and thanked the Lusaka congregation for their hospitality toward myself, Randy, and Oscar. Then the concert began with the orchestra playing “Come unto Me.”
