Heaven and Eternal Hell
(For
a more comprehensive explanation of end time events, read
A Glimpse Into
the Future.)
The Bible teaches that Hell
is as eternal as Heaven. After life on earth, Heaven or Hell
will be the eternal abode, depending upon how each person
responded to God's call to salvation. There can be no preparation
for eternity after death, for God has ordained that the choice
is made in this life.

explanation, read Hell:
Man's Opinion, God's Word.)
Heaven is
the abode of God, where the Redeemer has gone and from which
He will someday come for His own. Hell was prepared for the
devil and his angels, and is a place of literal, burning flame
where the wicked dead will spend eternity cut off from the
presence of God.
Matthew 25:41-46
— "Then shall he say also unto them on the left
hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared
for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye
gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I
was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed
me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall
they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred,
or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison,
and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them,
saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to
one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these
shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous
into life eternal. "
Mark 9:43-44
— "And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it
is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having
two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall
be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not
quenched. "
Luke 16:24
— "And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have
mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of
his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented
in this flame. "
Revelations 14:10-11—
"The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence
of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the
smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and
they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and
his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."
