We have been informed by our insurance provider that our Sunday school vans need to be equipped with proper child safety seats and booster seats. We do not come under the exemption which covers school buses.

• Child passengers must be in an approved child safety seat until they weigh 40 pounds.
• Children over 40 pounds must use a booster seat until they are 4'9"tall OR age 8.
