To access a training session, please fill out the form to the left and click “submit” at the bottom of the form. Within two business days, you will be sent a link via email allowing you to access the training session(s) you wish to take.

You will receive an email with a link to watch a brief online presentation, and then take a simple, 25-question test. When you have completed that test, you will be able to print a certificate showing completion. Please make a copy of that certificate and give to your pastor.

You will receive an email with a link taking you to a list of e-trainings available on the Philadelphia Insurance site. Click on the “Online Interactive 15 Passenger Van Training.” That will take you to a brief online presentation. At the end, you will take a 20-question quiz. Upon completion of that quiz, you will be able to print a “Certificate of Course Completion.” Please make a copy of that certificate and give to your pastor.
