With the goal of making the necessary safety record-keeping as simple for pastors as possible, we have added three new forms. They are:

• Church Property, Buildings, and Equipment Inspection/Service Record
• Church Vehicles Inspection/Service Record
• Safety Team Meeting Record

We recommend that you print out a copy of these forms from your local church, and add line items as they occur in each category. A sample is given on the top line of each form to give you an idea of how to fill in the information.
