Prelude: The orchestra played “You Are My Hiding Place/As the Deer” and “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing.” The choir, accompanied by the orchestra, followed, singing “Holy, Holy, God Almighty.”

Sola Adesope presented a thank you gift to Darrel and Debbie Lee for their faithful service for the last twenty-four years in which he served as Superintendent General.

First Special: Peter and Julia Moberg (pictured) sang “There Is a Fountain.”

Scripture Reading: Darrel Lee read John 1:1-5.

Last Special: Diana Baros sang “I’d Rather Believe in You.”

Sermon: Sola Adesope read John 8:12, and admonished the congregation to follow the example of past generations and keep lifting up Jesus, the light of the world.
